Why Not Go to Egypt?

Seven students. One professor. An incredible opportunity to travel to northern Africa.

We’re sitting in Frankfurt airport awaiting our connecting flight to a warm Cairo. A little loopy from no sleep, yet somehow feeding off our excitement to finally arrive.

Thus far the sitcom of Mary, one of my best friends and roommate from school that’s also onboard this adventure, and Marwan, the professor that I also traveled to Tunisia with, has begun. Episode one: Sleeper train arrangements, government questioning (it happens?), “Where’s Brian?”. Elaboration to follow…

I’ll post updates as much as possible!
