Fast-paced Morning

Up and moving this morning so I can squeeze in a quick workout before I head off to the beach with some friends.

Whipped banana pumpkin oats round two this morning (minus the dollop of Chobani)…I feel like this is a better name for them, considering I am literally whipping half of the banana into the pot of oats and water.  This is a key part of the prepping process, too, as the banana’s texture will act as a “plumper” and the sweetness can more thoroughly permeate the oats.
