Tasty Favorites

For me, not much is better than a grilled vegetable panini made with a strong cheese (I used smoked gouda on this one) and pesto.

I’m not a huge pasta fan, but this dish that I ordered at the Buffalo Bistro in Utah was so fresh and so delicious, not to mention packed full of a variety of veggies.  The chef grew all the vegetables in his yard, and even the simple mescaline side salad, topped with radishes, celery, and pepper was made to perfection.

A tasty ensemble that I recently made for lunch.
